Supreme Dumpling offers tasty food that's reasonably priced. I went with a larger party so we did family style and got a bunch of dishes. Each dish was less than $15 - the soup and wontons were less than $10 each! We got the tan tan noodles, shrimp & pork wontons, spicy cucumber salad, pan fried dumplings, and pork xia long bao. Everything was delicious! We also tried their Taiwanese cold noodles, which I don't see offered in a lot of restaurants so those were cool to try. My favorite dishes were definitely the tan tan noodles (a must!) and the hot and sour soup. I also appreciate that you can join their waitlist or make a reservation on Yelp, they make it really convenient to book a spot. The inside of the restaurant is also really nice and clean, and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend coming here for a meal!

Soup Dumplings have got to be one of my favorite dishes, so after seeing rave reviews about Supreme Dumplings, I had to give it a try. We ordered the supreme Xiao Long Bao as well as the fried pork buns. While we were at it, we also ended up getting the recommended pork chops and the hot and sour soup. The food came out quickly afterward and seeing the Xiao Long Bao still steaming hot in the basket was one of the highlights of my day. The dough wrapping was nice and thin, the meat was juicy and tender, and the broth was rich and flavorful. Honestly, the dumplings are comparable to Din Tai Fung at a much more reasonable price. The hot and sour was quite tasty as well, but came out lukewarm, which was a bit of a disappointment. The pork ribs were quite tender and not too dry, but the pickles were a strange addition that didn't really pair well with the dish. Finally, the fried buns were also quite tasty, but I would much prefer the Xiao Long Bao for their thinner shells and juicier bite. In terms of ambiance, it's a nice place for a date, but be sure to make a reservation ahead of time as the waits can be quite long. All in all, I would love to stop by again the next time I visit Seattle as these soup dumplings are truly the best in Seattle. Pros: Quick service, reasonable prices. Xiao Long Bao are amazing. Cons: Soup was not made to order, but it would be nice if it was heated up prior to serving.

This place is very small but service was still very good. I got the chicken XLB, crab & pork XLB, and spicy wontons. All dishes were very tasty but my favorite was the spicy wontons!

Us party of 3 came on a Saturday lunch time and were sit promptly the interior is neat and clean, very typical of the newer design known cor Pacific Northwest for me. Now to the food ... Szechuan spicy siao long bao were the best for us. Juicy, flavorful, good texture I love the wild mushroom fried rice, the garlic seasonal veggies was good as well What's not good: Pan fried garlic chive -- dough was not flaky as expected, maybe I need a bit more crunch and/or chewiness to it. None of us finish our chives dumpling. Definitely NOT again. We also order the charcoal gold lava custard buns ...these were good, we were all asking a bit more on the texture of the bun itself but overall, good selection.

This place gets BUSY! We went on a Thursday night and had a 30+ mins wait. They do use Yelp for a virtual waitlist, so it is very convenient to put your name down. Starting with the atmosphere, very lively and modern. You can tell they had to expand into the adjacent business to add more seating areas, but they make it very seamless. Their specialty is certainly dumplings, both don't sleep on the Supreme Tan Tan Noodles -- we ordered one to share, as we ate family-style, and ended up ordering a second one... its that good! The pan fried Buns had a nice crust at the bottom, yet remained nice and fluffy, the Szechuan spicy Bao had a ton of flavor and the perfect kick, the greens provided a refreshing "break" from the heavier parts of the meal, and did I mention the Tan Tan noodles were amazing? Not giving them a 5 as the service did lack... we had issues with timing of the food, options being sold out for the evening (at 7pm on a Thursday...), and having to order some of the plates more than once as the order was not properly placed by the server. Nevertheless, the food is very tasty and worth the wait. Can't wait to go back to Bellevue for those Tan Tan Noodles again.

I took my husband to try this place as a late Father's Day lunch. I really enjoyed the pork dumplings and the string beans. Their passion fruit tea was amazing as well. I was not really enjoying the truffle dumpling after being told it is a favorite there. It tasted like biting into nature. I can't describe it but I had to spit it out I could not finish that. My taste buds were not happy. Almost all the dumplings/won tons that had pork and chicken were the way to go. Highly recommend the string beans!!! The place is very fancy looking but love the view we got to the street area!
